The Ministry of Public Works has initiated a call for the auction of sixty-seven properties, comprising thirty-seven industrial plots, ten commercial premises, and twenty garage spaces. These assets are situated in the provinces of Almería, Jaén, and Sevilla, with a combined starting value exceeding three million euros (3,041,404).
The objective of this initiative, as announced by the Junta, is to foster the establishment and expansion of business activities, attract investment, and contribute to Andalusia's economic growth. The acting Minister of Public Works, Rocío Díaz, emphasized that these properties offer an opportunity for companies and entrepreneurs to develop new projects that generate wealth and economic activity, thereby revitalizing Andalusia's business fabric.
The offer has been designed based on observed demand in previous marketing processes and market interest, particularly in the industrial sector. Of the thirty-seven industrial plots, four are located in Serón (Almería), and the remaining thirty-three are distributed between Torredonjimeno (seventeen) and Villacarrillo (sixteen), both in the province of Jaén.
The offering is complemented by eight commercial premises and seven garage spaces in the Bulevar area of Jaén capital. Additionally, two premises and thirteen garage spaces are included in the Aeropuerto de Sevilla Industrial Park. The acting minister highlighted the positive results achieved through this line of action by the Agency for Housing and Rehabilitation of Andalusia (AVRA).
The deadline for submitting offers will commence after the official publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía and will remain open until September 14, 2026. Interested individuals and companies can consult all information regarding the offered properties on the AVRA website and at the Agency's provincial offices.
