Poetic expression once again takes center stage in Jaén with a cultural event that will bring together prominent voices from international literature over several days. The initiative, organized by the Miguel Hernández Literary Legacy Foundation, will take place at the Cultural Hall of the Provincial Palace and the Giennense Literary Library.
This gathering, which has established itself as a leading literary event, will feature the participation of writers from various nationalities, including Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Cuba, Italy, and Spain. The program is designed to be accessible to all audiences, combining poetic readings, panel discussions with authors, book presentations, and musical evenings.
“"This event has become a top-tier literary occasion, generating great anticipation with each edition."
Among the most notable activities is the presentation of issue number 26 of the specialized magazine Paraíso, coordinated by Juan Carlos Abril, who has highlighted the publication's importance in the current poetic landscape. The inaugural day will feature interventions by Alessio Brandolini and Gabriel Chávez, with other authors joining in subsequent days.
In addition to the main venues, this literary week will extend to several Secondary Education institutes in the capital of Jaén, aiming to bring poetry closer to young people and reinforce the educational nature of the event. This extension underscores the commitment to consolidate Jaén as a cultural benchmark in the field of literature.
