The Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía (BOJA) published on Thursday, April 16, the resolution activating a new line of aid for the Andalucía Orienta Network. These subsidies, aimed at non-profit institutions and local corporations, seek to promote guidance and support programs for the labor insertion of unemployed individuals in the Province of Jaén.
The total amount allocated for the Province of Jaén exceeds 2 million euros, which will allow for the hiring of 54 professional technicians. These specialists will offer personalized attention and follow-up, facilitating the acquisition of professional skills and referral to other active employment policies.

A representative of the acting Government visited the central headquarters of a non-profit entity in Jaén, highlighting the organization's work in the integration of people with intellectual disabilities. This entity has a guidance unit that provides specialized advice and support in the job search process, through personalized integration itineraries.
The Andalucía Orienta program operates with units distributed throughout the eight Andalusian provinces, managing labor insertion through personalized itineraries. These units are composed of specific technical teams and support staff, and are aimed at unemployed individuals in general, as well as groups with special needs, such as people at risk of exclusion or with disabilities. Within the units specialized in disability, different types are addressed, including physical, organic, sensory, intellectual, and psychological.
The aid will finance guidance units that provide intensive advisory and support services, ensuring individualized monitoring and referral to other active employment policies. Resources are distributed equitably throughout Andalucía, with special attention to people with disabilities and groups at risk of social exclusion. Interested entities can submit their applications until May 4.
The supported projects will last 13 months, covering salary and Social Security costs for the 729 planned technicians in collaborating entities, who must provide full-time service. Additional general expenses may reach up to 25% of the amount granted in relation to salary costs. The call ensures the continuity of guidance services currently underway until July 31.
