The resolution, issued by the Culture and Archaeological Heritage department of the Huelva City Council and signed on April 13, 2026, details the fairground operators who, after a thorough administrative review, will be able to set up their businesses and attractions. This process is crucial for shaping the leisure and gastronomic offerings of the emblematic Huelva festival.
Although 130 vendors have received provisional admission, a significant number of applicants, specifically 70, have been excluded in this initial phase, primarily due to the "non-existence of a plot for the requested activity." Additionally, two applicants are pending rectification for not having used the standardized form in their request.
The distribution of the provisionally assigned spaces reveals a diverse fair. 24 adult attractions have been admitted, including classics like the Viking Ship and the Ferris Wheel, and 28 children's attractions, with options such as car tracks and the Broom Train. The gastronomic offer includes five bars, three chocolate shops, seven burger stands, and four ice cream parlors, in addition to nougat and baked potato stalls.
The fairground will also feature 18 shooting and skill game stalls, four tombolas, two bingos, four cotton candy machines, and four specific shows, such as the House of Fear. Furthermore, four crane services, two toy stalls, and 20 stalls dedicated to selling artisanal and commercial products have been approved.
Excluded vendors now have a period of ten working days, starting the day after the edict's publication on the Electronic Board, to submit appeals or rectify errors. These procedures must be carried out through the General Registry of the Huelva City Council. The resolution of these appeals will lead to the publication of the definitive list, which will establish the final configuration of the Colombinas 2026.
