The Huelva Provincial Council and the Chamber of Commerce have launched a digital cartographic viewer to organize and showcase the province's industrial land offerings, aiming to attract new investments and facilitate business decisions.
This new tool, developed by GTA Ingeniería y Medio Ambiente, accurately identifies available plots, key infrastructure, and logistical connections throughout the province. Its primary goal is to transform scattered information into a clear and competitive proposal for investors, enhancing Huelva's position in the market for attracting new projects.
“
"A useful, modern, and strategic tool that allows us to know and show where our opportunities for growth and development lie. It is an authentic radiography of the province and its industrial potential."
David Toscano, president of the Provincial Council, emphasized the inclusive nature of the project, which for the first time fully incorporates all regions, including Andévalo and Sierra. This ensures a comprehensive view of the provincial map and promotes equal opportunities for progress and employment across all territories.
“
"We are providing businesses and investors with a tool that facilitates decision-making and allows them to invest in Huelva with guarantees. Huelva has potential. It has capacity. And now it also has a tool that demonstrates it."
For his part, Daniel Toscano, president of the Chamber of Commerce, highlighted the practical utility of the tool in reducing uncertainty during investment processes. He affirmed that the Chamber will continue to work towards consolidating Huelva as a benchmark for investment, growth, and wealth generation.
Juan Márquez, president of the Provincial Economic and Social Council, praised the initiative as a valuable resource for attracting investors in strategic sectors such as green hydrogen and agriculture, by offering rich information on innovation and production spaces. Carmen Hierro, supervisor of the technical office at GTA Ingeniería y Medio Ambiente, explained that the platform uses GIS technology to integrate variables such as accessibility, infrastructure, and urban planning, providing a complete and reliable overview of the province's logistical potential.
