The capital of Huelva has been chosen by Víctor Amat for the launch of his book, published by Penguin Random House in 2026. The work falls within the self-help and personal development genre, with a particular focus on communication, persuasion, and social skills.
Through his 'ten laws,' Amat proposes an innovative perspective that moves away from traditional self-help. His approach suggests that, in addition to being a good person, it is essential to develop persuasive and strategic skills to avoid being vulnerable to others.
“"Throughout the pages of his work, he details how to use the tools of evil people to defend oneself from them, but also to achieve almost anything one sets out to do."
Víctor Amat, a psychology graduate from Ramon Llull University, works as a therapist, trainer, and collaborator in various media. His experience as a European kickboxing champion in his youth has influenced his development as a psychologist specializing in strategy and persuasion.
He is a collaborating professor at prestigious public institutions such as the Institut Català de la Salut, the Generalitat de Catalunya, the University of Barcelona, and the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Currently, he directs the postgraduate program in Brief Intervention and has founded the Escuela Palo Bajo, where he shares his knowledge with Spanish-speaking health professionals.
His previous publications include Psicología punk, Autoestima punk, and Antimeditaciones, works that have transformed the understanding of personal growth for over 50,000 readers.
