Spring on the coast of Huelva is gearing up for one of its most delicious events with the celebration of the 'Barrilete Party 2026'. The festival will be held on Saturday, May 9th, at the Paseo Marítimo de El Rompido, a privileged location that will be filled with a festive atmosphere starting at 12:00 PM.

Gastronomy will be the central focus of the day, highlighted by a paella contest that will bring together groups of friends and families. This competition aims to combine culinary tradition with creativity, fostering an atmosphere of healthy rivalry and camaraderie. Those interested in participating in the paella contest have until April 30th to register through the municipal electronic headquarters. It is important to note that the number of participants is limited to a maximum of 25 paella chefs, so it is recommended to secure a spot in advance.
