The new sales point, spanning 998 square meters, is located at Calle Santa María, number 40, strategically positioned near the village entrance. It will operate from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, aiming to offer a comprehensive service tailored to both local residents and the numerous visitors who flock to the area during this period.
The establishment features six checkout counters and a staff of 26 professionals. These include specialists in key sections such as fruit and vegetables, butchery, delicatessen, and fishmongery, ensuring personalized advice and quality products.
The supermarket's offering includes a wide variety of leading brands and private-label products. Notable sections include the delicatessen and butchery with premium meats from national suppliers, and a prepared food area under the Buen Provecho service. There is also a carefully selected range of cold cuts, hams, cheeses, and pâtés, as well as a fruit and vegetable section with fresh produce, mainly from Andalusian suppliers, and a fishmongery with goods from coastal markets.
This opening in El Rocío represents another step in Supermercados El Jamón's expansion strategy across Andalusia. The company thus reinforces its commitment as a local supermarket in Andalusia, especially in the province of Huelva, where it maintains its roots.
The inauguration adds to other recent openings in Motril (Granada), Linares (Jaén), and La Monacilla (Aljaraque), in addition to the reopening of its store in Montilla (Córdoba). With these additions, Supermercados El Jamón now operates 369 establishments across the provinces of Huelva, Seville, Cádiz, Málaga, Córdoba, Granada, and Jaén, consolidating its growth and its commitment to providing customers with an accessible and quality shopping experience.
