Conceived by Inmaculada Rodríguez and Rubén Garrido of Talleres Animados, the exhibition is specifically designed for young audiences. Children visiting the display will be able to learn about the most prominent aspects of the province, including its heritage, festivals, nature, and customs, through drawings and texts created by schoolchildren from various municipalities.
“"The exhibition offers an enjoyable and fun journey, full of color and joy, through the drawings and texts created by schoolchildren from the province, in which they reflect the most representative elements of their town."
Furthermore, Deputy Pilar Caracuel highlighted that various parallel workshops, also led by Inmaculada Rodríguez and Rubén Garrido, have been scheduled to enrich the exhibition experience. These workshops will allow children to put into practice what they have learned during their visit.
The exhibition originated from the educational workshop Hacemos una revista: Cuento mi Pueblo (We Make a Magazine: I Tell My Town's Story), promoted by the Delegation of Culture and Education as part of its Training Actions Program. This initiative enables municipalities with populations under 5,000 inhabitants to develop cultural workshops in various artistic disciplines for children and young people.
The exhibition, which can be visited from Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 18:00 to 21:00, and on Sundays from 11:00 to 14:00, also helps to showcase the educational and cultural work carried out by the Diputación de Granada throughout the province.
