In the Province of Granada, in-person services for the extraordinary regularization of foreign nationals residing in Spain are now available at six offices belonging to the Social Security and Correos (Post Office). These locations, spread across the capital and Motril, operate strictly by appointment to manage the influx of people and avoid unnecessary travel and large gatherings.
Appointments are attended from Monday to Friday at one Social Security office and five Correos offices. Specific hours have been allocated for this regularization process to ensure it does not disrupt the regular operations of these facilities, which continue to provide their usual services without interruption.
The designated Social Security office is the Social Security Attention and Information Center number 2, located at Calle Rey Abu Said, 17, with service hours from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. For Correos, in Granada city, the offices at Puerta Real, 2; Calle Tórtola, 27; Avenida de América, 55; and Calle Joaquina Eguaras, 1 are enabled. The first three operate from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, while the last one serves from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
In Motril, the process is handled at the Correos office located at Avenida de Salobreña, 35, with service hours from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM and from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Comprehensive and updated information regarding this process, including frequently asked questions and informative videos, is available on the portal of the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration.
For individuals in vulnerable situations, it is necessary to present the corresponding certificate. A vulnerable situation is defined as one where living conditions or effective access to basic rights are affected due to irregular administrative status and personal, economic, social, family, or housing circumstances. This certificate can be obtained from the Ministry's website and must be presented to authorized collaborating entities in the Province of Granada.
Prior appointment is mandatory and can be requested through the Ministry's electronic headquarters using digital identification, via a web form, or by phone at 060. There is also the option for a third party with 'Cl@ve' access to manage the appointment on behalf of the interested individual. Furthermore, applications can be submitted electronically 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration's website, using an electronic certificate, legal representation, power of attorney, or through registered collaborating entities.
