The incident occurred on a street in the North District when Citizen Security officers spotted an individual with several active judicial warrants for assaulting an authority agent, theft, and larceny.
Upon being informed of his impending arrest due to the outstanding warrants, the individual became highly aggressive, resorting to punches, elbows, and kicks against the officers and resisting being handcuffed.
Consequently, two officers required subsequent medical attention. The detainee, who has over thirty previous police records, has been handed over to judicial authority.
