AEDAS Homes Begins Construction of Nura Building in La Alquería, Granada

The real estate developer starts work on 65 new homes in the La Alquería area, with delivery scheduled for the first half of 2028.

The developer AEDAS Homes has commenced construction of the Nura building in the La Alquería neighborhood of Granada, a project that will add 65 new homes with an estimated delivery date in the first half of 2028.

Urban development in the La Alquería area, within Granada's well-known Oestes district, continues its expansion with the groundbreaking of the Nura building. This AEDAS Homes project, with construction managed by local company Añil, marks another step in the developer's consolidation in the city.
With this new development, AEDAS Homes reaches 1,000 homes promoted in Granada, of which over 800 have already been delivered, reaffirming its position as the leading new-build developer in the Granadan capital. The Nura project has begun with over 40% of its homes already sold.

The Nura building will offer 65 homes, including penthouses and ground-floor units with gardens, featuring 2 and 3 bedrooms. All units will include open-plan kitchens, storage rooms, garages, and spacious terraces of at least 10 square meters, some boasting views of Sierra Nevada. This development is situated on one of the most prominent plots in Ferrocarril Oestes, adjacent to other residential projects already completed by the company, such as Taracea (230 homes delivered) and Talabar (60 units delivered in its first phase and 58 under construction in the second).
Among Nura's distinctive features are its communal areas, which include a swimming pool, gardens, children's play area, coworking space, gym, and bicycle parking. Furthermore, the project prioritizes sustainability with an industrialized facade for greater efficiency and thermal insulation, aerothermal systems for domestic hot water, and double glazing, which will contribute to a high energy certification.
The location in La Alquería is another key strength of the development. This new neighborhood, close to Granada's city center, offers all essential services, from schools to supermarkets and sports centers. It is situated next to La Alquería Park, a green space spanning over 110,000 square meters, and just a 15-minute walk from the city center and the AVE high-speed train station. The area also provides quick connections to the A-44 highway and several bus lines within 200 meters of the development.

With the launch of Nura, AEDAS Homes reinforces its position in Granada, where it has already introduced a dozen developments with nearly 1,000 free and protected homes in the western and northern areas. Currently, in addition to Nura, the developer has the second phase of Talabar (58 homes) under commercialization and construction, with delivery expected in the first quarter of 2027, also in Ferrocarril Oestes.
