The town of Almonte is preparing for its Floral Offering to the Virgin, scheduled for next Sunday, September 6th. This annual event not only signifies the end of summer and the beginning of a new course in the town but also carries a strong solidarity component.
In addition to flowers, the offering will include a collection of food and school supplies. Those wishing to contribute can deliver their donations at the Casa Hermandad in Almonte, from Monday, August 31st to Friday, September 4th, between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
The procession will depart from Alto del Molinillo on Sunday the 6th at 7:00 PM. Subsequently, the Eucharist will be celebrated before the Virgin at 8:00 PM.
The organization expresses its gratitude to all participants who make this initiative possible, uniting devotion and generosity once again.
