Firefighters from the Huelva Provincial Fire Consortium responded during the morning to extinguish a fire involving a street sweeping machine in the town of Valverde del Camino. The alert was received around 8:40 AM, when the vehicle began to burn for reasons that are still unknown.
From the fire station located in the same municipality, two firefighters, a corporal and a sergeant from the duty shift, were dispatched with three intervention vehicles. These included a light rural pump, a heavy rural pump, and a personnel and cargo unit.
The emergency team successfully extinguished the fire completely. Fortunately, no personal injuries or material damage beyond the cleaning machine itself have been reported. After the intervention, firefighters confirmed the complete extinguishment of the fire before concluding their service.
