The incident occurred on San Sebastián Street, in the La Punta del Caimán neighborhood. According to data provided by the 112 Andalucía Emergency Service, the alert was received shortly before 5:00 AM, mobilizing units from the Provincial Fire Consortium, Local Police, and the Guardia Civil.
Authorities are working under the hypothesis that this incident could be linked to the burning of five other vehicles that occurred last Wednesday on Almejeros Street. That event took place shortly after a joint operation against drug trafficking in the Carreras Estuary area, where a ton of hashish was seized.
Although the investigation remains open and there is no official confirmation, officers are analyzing whether these violent episodes are related to reprisals or score-settling between criminal organizations operating on the western coast of Huelva.
