The La Dehesilla Health Center, located in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, will begin operations in its new premises on Calle Zarza on October 5th. This move represents a significant improvement in healthcare spaces, featuring a larger, more functional building adapted to citizens' needs.
The new facilities include distinct areas for adult and child care, with consultations for Family Medicine, Nursing, Pediatrics, and Child/Adolescent Nursing. It also offers adapted waiting areas, a children's zone, a breastfeeding room, an intake consultation room, a multipurpose room, and a space for health education activities.
The new health center will be phased in. The first phase, starting October 5th, will see the relocation of current staff and patients from the existing La Dehesilla Consultorio. Initial services will include a family doctor, a nurse, and an administrative assistant, operating from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This phase will not include patients from other Sanlúcar health centers.
Subsequently, new professionals and reference population will be gradually integrated into the center. Users affected by any changes to their reference center or healthcare organization will be informed in advance. The Functional Plan anticipates user allocation in a second phase, following prior communication.
This orderly and progressive relocation will enable the new facilities to become operational, advancing the planned healthcare organization for this new health service.
