The Councilor for Culture, Miguel Ángel Muñoz Pino, presented ‘Madness’, a production that combines musical comedy, theater, and a cappella singing to address, through humor and irony, life on the fringes of society. The show, scheduled for 8:00 PM, promises to be an anticipated event for the public, consolidating the well-known ‘Yllanazo’ as a successful formula for inaugurating cultural seasons in the city.
The play takes audiences on a journey through society's extremes, from the elite to destitution, exploring contrasts and building an irreverent look at contemporary society. Furthermore, ‘Madness’ reflects on the human relationship with technology, viewing it as the new mythology, and champions laughter and music as essential elements for connecting with our humanity.
Tickets are priced at 9 euros for the stalls and dress circle, and 6 euros for boxes and the gallery. They will be available from Thursday, September 17, at 10:00 AM, through Giglon, cultura.motril.es, and at the Teatro Calderón box office.
