Torremolinos has launched an ambitious promotional campaign in London, which will run throughout November. The initiative, part of the World Travel Market, the world's most important tourism fair, anticipates reaching nearly three million impacts.
The campaign utilizes the iconic double-decker buses of the British capital, covered with vinyls from the ‘Tremendo Torremolinos’ campaign, which claims the city's identity and essence. This outdoor marketing action seeks to reinforce the municipality's projection as a destination with its own identity on the Costa del Sol and to retain British tourists, its main international market. The buses include a QR code that leads to the campaign's promotional video.
Furthermore, the promotional video ‘Tremendo Torremolinos’ is being shown on the digital screen The Landmark London Bridge, one of the most significant promotional spaces in London. During the four days of exhibition, from November 2nd to 5th, the campaign is estimated to generate 105,408 advertising impacts.
The new tourism campaign, under the slogan ‘El Origen del Paraíso’ (The Origin of Paradise), highlights the diversity, culture, and unique character of Torremolinos, emphasizing its roots, history, and daily life, as well as its avant-garde, open, and inclusive spirit. It projects an image of a genuine, modern, and surprising Torremolinos, looking to the future without forgetting its origins.
The World Travel Market in London takes place from November 3rd to 5th and brings together tourism professionals to generate business, present innovations, and establish commercial alliances.
