The call has a budget of 275,000 euros and aims to improve the urban image of the municipality through the rehabilitation and adaptation of building facades. The aid focuses on the conservation, repair, and aesthetic improvement of properties, with special attention to the Tourist and Historical Interest Zones (ZEITH) in the surroundings of El Calvario, the Center, and La Nogalera. Applications from other areas of the municipality will also be considered until the budget is exhausted.
Comprehensive interventions covering the entire facades, as well as projects affecting buildings with multiple entrances or groups of properties, are favored. Applications from homeowners' associations are also valued, and criteria related to habitability, number of residents, and their economic capacity are considered.
Subsidies can cover up to 40% of the eligible budget, increasing to 70% for buildings with municipal urban planning protection. For neighborhoods outside the ZEITH, the subsidy will be 40%. The maximum amount per application is 45,000 euros to ensure broader access to these grants. Technical fees are also eligible for subsidies.
Subsidies will be allocated based on the score obtained by each application, following the valuation order until the available credit is exhausted. Applications can be submitted until December 15 through the City Council's Document Registry or its electronic headquarters, where detailed information and requirements are available. Owners, homeowners' associations, and tenants or usufructuaries with authorization can apply.
