Jade Street, situated in the Los Hidalgos urbanization, is now open to vehicular traffic following the completion of asphalting and road widening works. The Councilor for Urban Planning of the Manilva City Council, Juan Carlos Morejón, visited the area to check the results of an action that has allowed the road's section to be expanded in accordance with the General Plan's requirements.
The aim of these works is to improve traffic conditions at this point in Los Hidalgos and increase available parking space. Although Jade Street is currently open to one-way traffic, this configuration is not final. According to Morejón, it is planned for the road to eventually have two-way circulation and designated parking areas.
The project was planned by the Delegation of Infrastructure, Works, and Urbanizations, directed by Marcos Ruiz, as part of municipal interventions to enhance the infrastructure of urbanizations and address the needs of areas located outside main urban centers.
With the opening of Jade Street, another project is completed in Los Hidalgos, while various infrastructure improvement projects continue to be developed in different parts of the municipality of Manilva.
