Officers arrived at a property located on Héroes de Baler street to verify construction work and determine if the owner was occupying public space irregularly. During the inspection, officers detected narcotics ready for sale inside the business.
During the search, authorities seized 216 grams of hashish, 307 grams of marijuana, and 343 marijuana cigarettes prepared for consumption. As a result of the operation, the person responsible for the activity was arrested for an alleged crime against public health.
In addition to criminal proceedings, the establishment received several administrative complaints. Among these, the lack of a mandatory municipal license was noted, as the premises were operating as a cafe without the necessary authorization.
Following the operation, the detainee was transferred to National Police headquarters along with the seized drugs and the police report to continue with the judicial process.
