The exclusive marina of Puerto Banús is hosting the 9th edition of the Marbella Fashion Show until tomorrow, an event that has established itself as one of the most important dates on the design calendar in Andalusia. The Lola Flores avenue serves as the stage where nearly twenty national and international firms and creators are presenting their latest collections.
The festival includes fashion shows, an exhibition area open to the public, and various activities focused on design, creativity, and entrepreneurship. The program, supported by the Junta de Andalucía, features two days of runway shows starting at 9:00 PM, alongside an exhibition area open from 6:00 PM to 11:30 PM, showcasing companies, artisans, and projects related to fashion and creativity.
Among the firms and creators present on the runways are names such as Romeo Couture, Btissam Dahane Couture, Malne, Allure Beldi, Susana Hidalgo, Podium Marbella, Esteban Freiría, and Jorge Sánchez. The event will also host the competition ‘The Future of Design: Málaga de Moda 2026’, where eight emerging designers will showcase their proposals, in addition to shows by several firms associated with the Málaga de Moda label.
A new addition this year is the Asociación Conecta Radar through its Sunset Market Marbella project, which will provide visibility to between 15 and 20 women entrepreneurs from the handicraft sector of the Costa del Sol in the exhibition area.
The event's director and organizer, María José González, highlighted the Junta de Andalucía's support for the fashion sector due to its contribution to cultural identity, job creation, and the community's economic projection.
The program is rounded out with musical performances by singer Stefanía Pinyagina and cellist Bibi Cello, as well as the presentation of the Estrellas Costa del Sol and El Futuro del Diseño Málaga de Moda 2026 awards.
