The initiative is currently focused on the panoramic elevator and the side facade of the Town Hall. This action is part of the improvements integrated into the public building cleaning contract, aiming to optimize municipal services through advanced technological solutions.
The system uses filtered water to remove limescale and prevent residue on glass surfaces, allowing for the use of cold or hot water depending on the level of dirt. This method seeks to reduce occupational risks by avoiding the need for workers to perform high-altitude tasks using scaffolding or complex rappelling.
The operation has all necessary authorizations for flight in urban environments, including space cordoning and the installation of safety measures. Following this initial phase, the council will evaluate extending this technology to other municipal properties to consolidate a more efficient management model.
