The Córdoba Provincial Council has confirmed its financial backing for Coto Córdoba, which has achieved a historic promotion to Primera FEB, the second tier of Spanish basketball, after 24 years.

Coto Córdoba, after securing its promotion to Primera FEB this weekend, has begun a series of institutional meetings. The team, coaching staff, and board of directors were received at the Córdoba Provincial Council by its president, Salvador Fuentes, and the Sports Delegate of Córdoba, Antonio Martín.
During the event, Salvador Fuentes praised the involvement of the club's main sponsor, highlighting their crucial role in enabling the team to achieve its goals. The president of the Provincial Council also reiterated the institution's commitment to providing financial support to the entity for the upcoming season, emphasizing the importance of a solid budget for the club's professional development.

"We are going to conquer the world and we are going to be there. The team has to act and function as a professional club. If it wants to earn more merit, it has to change and continue progressing as an organization; and for that, it needs a budget."
