"Indra Group has always been committed to talent development, as part of its corporate responsibility and as a necessity to have highly qualified professionals. This new Vocational Training center represents a new step forward in our commitment to young people, and having an environment like Campus Córdoba, with first-class facilities and a pioneering, very practical training philosophy fully aligned with business reality, is key to offering the best training."
The choice of Campus Córdoba is due to its distinctive model, which places the company at the center of the training process. The campus boasts over 55,000 square meters of facilities, with more than 27,000 square meters dedicated to specialized training spaces, including technical classrooms and industrial workshops.

"When Indra Group shared its growth plan for the coming years, as well as its main concern about finding professionals with advanced and highly specialized technological capabilities, we knew that Campus Córdoba could help them find the talent they need in vocational training. This campus has been created by and for businesses."
This increase in professionals by Indra Group is linked to the launch of new industrial and technological centers in the province of Córdoba, such as the automated radar factory in Las Quemadas and a new facility for advanced metal structures. The initiative is part of Indra Group's Andalucía Plan, which aims to double the group's activity in the community, invest over 80 million euros, and create more than 500 new jobs, reaching a workforce of over 3,700 highly specialized professionals in cutting-edge technologies.
