The political leader, during a visit to the Feria Agroganadera del Valle de los Pedroches in Pozoblanco, highlighted her role in achieving this improvement. According to her statements, her mediation was fundamental for the Government of Spain, through the Ministry for Ecological Transition, to include this action in the electrical planning with a horizon until 2030.
This decision, which was ratified in writing in January, puts an end to years of uncertainty and contradictions. The planned investment for this infrastructure amounts to 100 million euros, with the aim of ensuring the necessary power to attract new industrial projects to the region.

Likewise, the former minister also referred to the projected Autovía del Olivar, regarding the connection of the province of Córdoba with that of Jaén through this infrastructure. In this regard, she criticized the lack of progress by the Junta de Andalucía, noting that no tenders have been issued nor has any budget been allocated to this promised infrastructure.
