The city of Córdoba will become the epicenter of Iberian regenerative agriculture on June 9 and 10, hosting the Regenera Iberia forum, an event aiming to be a benchmark for sector professionals.

The Rectorate of the University of Córdoba will be the main venue for Regenera Iberia, a professional forum designed to establish itself as one of the most important events in the field of regenerative agriculture in Spain and Portugal. Activities will also take place at the Rabanales farm and Cortijo La Reina.
This gathering comes at a crucial time for the Iberian agri-food sector, which faces challenges such as soil organic matter loss, increasing regulatory pressure, the need to adapt production models to climate change, and a growing demand for metrics related to carbon, biodiversity, and sustainability from the food chain.
The forum is conceived as a technical working space, focusing on applied knowledge, professional exchange, and the presentation of real-world cases. It will address field data, proven experiences, and practical models developed under various climatic conditions across the Iberian Peninsula.
The program for June 9 will be structured around five key thematic blocks: soil management and plant health; climate change and resilient farms; biodiversity protection and recovery; digitalization and resource circularity; and regeneration of rural societies. The day on June 10 will include technical field visits, with machinery demonstrations and soil management, as well as regenerative management applied at Cortijo La Reina.
Driven by the Higher Technical School of Agronomic and Forestry Engineering (Etsiam) of the University of Córdoba and Zerya, the forum is sponsored by the Sipcam Bioestimulation Chair, Herogra Group, Yara, Agronova Biotech, UPL, Gos Acceso, and Life InnoCereal, with the collaboration of Agromarketing, Revista Mercados, and Cortijo La Reina.
Registrations for the event, with a maximum capacity of 250 professionals, are now open. Places for specific activities, such as the guided visit to Rabanales, will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, emphasizing the practical and direct working approach of the forum.
