The deadline for completing registrations will extend until June 8th, with an extension to the 10th for the first cycle of Early Childhood Education. Across all of Andalusia, nearly 667,000 children are expected to enroll in these educational stages, with over 57,000 from the province of Córdoba.
Enrollment forms, available free of charge at educational centers and on the website of the Regional Ministry of Educational Development and Vocational Training, can be submitted either in person at school secretariats or online via the Virtual Secretariat.
The trend towards digitalization is consolidating, with over 50% of last academic year's enrollments processed online. Last year, 59% of families used smartphones or tablets to complete the process, compared to 41% who opted for computers. The iPASEN app provides direct access to the Virtual Secretariat.
The Ministry has implemented the iANDE authentication method, used by 83% of families, complementing options such as digital certificates. This online system covers from Early Childhood Education to Baccalaureate and allows for the management of not only academic enrollment but also complementary services like school meals, morning care, and extracurricular activities.
Regarding complementary services, a significant expansion is planned: morning care will be available in 1,661 centers (22 more than the previous year), school meals in 2,056 centers (seven more), and extracurricular activities in 1,682 centers (five more).
