The personnel from Córdoba will report to the advanced command post established in Navaluenga. Upon arrival, they will be integrated into the emergency response team to help contain the blaze, which has been active since July 22.
The Diputación de Córdoba has praised the commitment of these professionals, highlighting their readiness to join the crews already working on the ground. Their deployment aims to bolster the resources available to combat the fire in what is considered a major emergency operation.
“"We want to thank these professionals for their availability; they will report to the command post and work alongside the deployed units to try to put an end to the hell that the local residents are experiencing."
