Wholesalers of fruits and vegetables from Mercacórdoba have been trained on the implications of the new Regulation (EU) 2025/40, which focuses on packaging. The event, organized by ASOMAFRUT, took place this Friday with the aim of analyzing how this regulation will affect the daily operations of the sector.
The webinar, delivered by Mª Ángeles García Chico and Mar Berlanga, provided both regulatory and technical perspectives. The planned changes were detailed, with a special emphasis on their practical application for wholesale fruit and vegetable companies.
During the session, attendees were able to delve into the main obligations that companies will need to undertake and resolve specific questions regarding adaptation to the new legislation. The meeting aimed to equip businesses with the necessary tools to anticipate changes.
