Artificial intelligence is emerging as a key tool for business transformation, opening new avenues for optimizing processes, resources, and decision-making. With the aim of facilitating access to these technologies, the Provincial Council of Córdoba, through the Provincial Economic Development Institute (IPRODECO), has launched the IPRODECOforma program with the course “REINVENTING THE BUSINESS MODEL WITH AI”.
The initiative has generated significant interest, with 119 registered participants from diverse economic sectors. The most represented sectors include other services (28%), consultancies and advisory services (14%), commerce (10%), and agriculture and livestock farming (8%). Tourism, hospitality, and catering, food and beverages, industry, and crafts also show active participation, highlighting the transversal nature of AI.
The profile of attendees is varied: 37% are self-employed, 25% are private sector workers, 19% are managers or CEOs, and 7% are entrepreneurs. The training also includes independent professionals and those from the public sector. Provincial participation is notable, with 55% of attendees from various municipalities in Córdoba, including Hinojosa del Duque, Cañete de las Torres, Lucena, Villa del Río, and Espiel.
The course, held online on October 6 and 7 and concluding with an in-person session on October 8 at the Plenary Hall of the Villa del Río Town Hall, combines theoretical knowledge with practical dynamics. Participants will explore tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to analyze processes and identify areas for improvement.
Using the Design Thinking methodology, the program will focus on identifying needs and generating innovative ideas, from internal organization to product development and customer experience. The goal is for businesses to define concrete action plans and utilize an editable toolkit to apply the acquired knowledge in their daily operations.
IPRODECO reaffirms its commitment to business training in the province of Córdoba, facilitating technological adaptation and promoting innovation and competitiveness through programs like IPRODECOforma, which aims to prepare businesses for current challenges.
