These two developments, totaling 32 homes with two and three bedrooms, also include 13 commercial units. Each home comes with a parking space and a storage room.
The average monthly rent for these homes is around 500 euros, with prices ranging between 425 and 590 euros, including the parking space and storage room.
With the delivery of these 32 units, the Seville City Council has now handed over a total of 802 affordable homes, out of 2,202 homes in various stages of development.
The total investment for these two developments amounted to 7.5 million euros, of which 4.5 million euros were contributed by the City Council.
