The project includes the construction of a building of approximately 580 square meters built, distributed over two floors of 290 square meters each, on a plot of 1,513 square meters. The new headquarters, located on a site within the Hogar San Fernando civic center, will include a parking area for 23 vehicles and future expansion capacity.
The delegate for Municipal Buildings, Blanca Gastalver, highlighted that this new model of Local Police buildings represents "a step forward in improving the work of local officers, with facilities appropriate for a 21st-century Police force, prepared for both current and future needs."
The interior design will be organized to meet the real needs of the service, differentiating spaces for public attention, administrative offices, and internal areas for officers' use. The building is specifically designed for the Local Police, with high structural, thermal, energy efficiency, and fire protection standards.
The location at Hogar San Fernando offers a strategic advantage for future growth, allowing for the creation of its own parking area and expansion possibilities. The goal is to create recognizable headquarters with a defined identity, conveying an image of a Local Police force that is close, accessible, modern, professional, and prepared.
Gastalver stated that working conditions for officers are being improved, along with the service provided to citizens. "This future Local Police headquarters in La Macarena is not just a new construction; we want it to be the starting point for a new model of facilities for the Seville Local Police," she concluded.
