Under the slogan “Enrich your future,” the initiative offers a 250-hour 100% online training program over three months. The program aims to help participants explore entrepreneurship as a path for professional development, identify job opportunities, and strengthen their profiles to improve employability.
The training covers key skills related to entrepreneurship, digitalization, artificial intelligence, sustainability, innovation, and new business models. It integrates specialized content and practical tools for participants to acquire new skills and identify opportunities.
The program also provides support from expert professionals and access to an active community for sharing experiences and fostering collaboration. It focuses on equipping participants with the tools, confidence, and vision needed to seize opportunities in the current and future labor market.
Special attention is given to profiles such as young people under 30 years old, individuals over 45 years old, and residents in rural municipalities, just transition zones, or protected areas.
Since its launch, over 60 people have participated in this initiative, enhancing their skills and advancing their professional goals. The initiative is funded by the Fundación Biodiversidad within the framework of the Empleaverde+ program, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+).
