The Department of Urban Habitat of the Ayuntamiento de Alcalá de Guadaíra will carry out the installation of a new children's play area in the square adjacent to the Antonio Medina de Haro Civic Center. This initiative responds to demands expressed by the town's residents.
The municipal delegate for Urban Habitat, David Delgado, detailed that the work will include the installation of new play elements, safety rubber surfacing, indicative signage, and perimeter fencing of the safety area to ensure the protection of children.
Delgado emphasized the importance of these recreational areas, calling them a fundamental service that promotes the learning of new motor and social skills in children. He highlighted that these infrastructures are essential for autonomy and the enjoyment of activities in a controlled and safe environment, positively impacting child development.
He also recalled that this new children's play area is part of a completely renovated space that includes the Civic Center and the future Local Police Headquarters, forming an environment intended to be a hub of commercial, social, and residential dynamism in the city.
All projects for the creation and renovation of children's play areas are carried out in compliance with current regulations, using approved materials and elements that ensure the highest levels of safety.
