The Andalusian initiatives competing are: Europa Se Siente Conectada – Vía Verde Tharsis Odiel, a 30 km green infrastructure supported by FEADER connecting Aljaraque, Gibraleón, and Huelva; Europa Se Siente Social-PROA Estival, a program co-financed by FSE+ to reinforce student learning during summer holidays; and EuropaTeMueveAutonomíaEstratégica-Unidad de Automatización Inteligente, a unit of the Agencia Digital de Andalucía promoting public management with data, automation, and artificial intelligence, supported by FEDER.
