The acquisition of this machinery was made possible through funding from the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, as part of European initiatives for climate neutrality and environmental sustainability.
These electric units represent a step forward in municipal service efficiency. Their implementation will reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, while also optimizing water usage during cleaning operations in streets and public squares.
Of the three new units, two will serve Moguer, while the third will be deployed to the coastal area of Mazagón, strengthening operational capacity in both locations.
