The City Council of Huércal de Almería has announced the opening of its Municipal Pool, located in the Los Pinos urbanization, for the 2026 summer season. The facilities will be operational from June 25th to September 10th. Access will be granted through personal, non-transferable passes, exclusively for residents registered in the municipality.
The pool will feature two distinct areas: a rectangular pool and a recreational pool. Weekday hours will be from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM for the rectangular pool, and from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM for the recreational pool. On weekends and holidays, both pools will be open continuously from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Access passes will be offered in three durations: over 7 days, over 30 days, and full season. Prices will range from 10 to 130 euros, varying based on family size. Access will always be subject to capacity availability and will require presenting the pass along with the DNI (National Identity Document). Children aged 3 and older will also need a pass.
Pass distribution will begin on June 11th at the Pabellón Municipal Paco Navarro, with morning and afternoon hours. Payment must be made by bank card. Additionally, swimming courses will be held from June 29th to August 28th, divided into three terms with activities for babies, children, and adults, costing 29 euros per term. Registrations open on June 17th via the Sporttia application.
Through this initiative, the council aims to promote healthy activities and summer leisure, ensuring an orderly and safe use of its facilities.
