The event, taking place between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM, will feature 610 researchers, 54.8% of whom are women. This figure represents a 24.2% overall increase compared to the previous edition, reinforcing the commitment to the visibility of female talent in the scientific field.
The event will spread across several locations in the city, including the Rambla Federico García Lorca, the Mirador de la Rambla, and the courtyard of the Delegation of the Government of the Junta de Andalucía. As a new feature, a fourth venue is added at the Paseo Sur, which will be dedicated specifically to greenhouse technologies, hydroponic crops, and agronomic innovation.
This year's program, framed within the Aqualab Project, focuses on two main thematic axes: sustainable management of water resources and astronomical outreach ahead of the upcoming eclipse milestone. Furthermore, the impact on the educational sector has been intensified, reaching over 3,400 students across 56 centers in the province.
