The initiative, conceived by local agency Mente Social with the collaboration of Ecilimp, departs from traditional institutional language to capture attention on behaviors affecting the city's cleanliness and coexistence. The goal is for messages to be seen, remembered, and discussed, fostering reflection on avoidable daily actions.
#AúnNoLoPillan does not target the general citizenry of Écija but rather a minority that disrespects public spaces. The campaign focuses on four specific areas: uncollected animal waste, litter, misplaced furniture, and improper use of public spaces as restrooms. It seeks to reinforce respect for the common environment through a fresh and relatable language.
The campaign will be deployed across various platforms, including urban posters, shops, social media, WhatsApp, radio, and digital outlets. Uniquely, the City Council has committed to removing the posters after the campaign concludes to avoid generating litter, aligning with the message of setting an example.
Additionally, the campaign features a dedicated digital space at mentesocial.es/aunnolopillan, detailing the creative materials, elaborating on the four focus areas, and providing information on the real cost of urban cleaning. This data aims to illustrate the effort and resources dedicated to maintaining the city, promoting appreciation for public spaces.
#AúnNoLoPillan joins municipal efforts for a cleaner Écija, appealing to the civic majority to raise awareness among those who still do not act correctly, under the slogan: 'It's about making less mess'.
