The actions, coordinated with the conservatory itself, have addressed sidewalk mobility issues caused by tree roots and the instability of the old wall. The sidewalk has been completely renovated, the wall removed, and a metal fence installed to improve the visibility of the institution's facade.
The work also included the construction of large tree pits to mitigate the impact of root growth on urban infrastructure. The investment for this intervention, managed by the Department of Agriculture, was approximately 15,000 euros.

The mayor of Baza, Pedro J. Ramos, accompanied by the councilors for Agriculture and Urbanism, the Conservatory's director, and representatives of the executing company, supervised the completion of the works, which conclude just days before the start of the new academic year.
