The prize, amounting to 342,237 euros, corresponds to a third-category ticket, being the only one of its kind in Spain in Friday's draw. A ONCE vendor in Alhama de Granada was responsible for distributing this significant sum.
“"It has changed my life, always for the better, I won the lottery without playing."
The fortunate winner in Alhama de Granada matched the five main numbers on the ticket, missing the 22 million euro jackpot by just two 'suns' (complementary numbers). The vendor has expressed a desire to know the winner's identity, suspecting it might be an elderly person who regularly buys ONCE products from him on Saturdays.
For next Tuesday, April 21, the Eurojackpot, a European mega-draw involving 18 countries from the European Economic Area and marketed in Spain by ONCE, will offer a jackpot of 28 million euros. Additionally, the ONCE Mother's Day Extra, scheduled for May 3, the first Sunday of the month, will draw a main prize of 17 million euros, along with 99 prizes of 40,000 euros.
