The event will take place at the Admiral Arena of Casino Admiral San Roque, where attendees can witness the live 'ronqueo' of tuna, an ancient technique involving the artisanal butchering of bluefin tuna. This gastronomic spectacle is one of the most emblematic moments of Cadiz's culinary culture, allowing the public to discover the various cuts of almadraba tuna and their culinary applications.
This experience goes beyond mere tasting, becoming an authentic gastronomic spectacle that connects tradition and culinary knowledge.
Following the 'ronqueo' demonstration, participants will enjoy a tasting menu specially designed for the occasion, with tuna as the absolute protagonist. Featured dishes include Spicy tuna maki, Ventresca frita, Tartar de atún, and Parpatana asada, concluding with a final dessert. Each dish will be paired with a carefully selected wine, chosen to enhance the flavors and complete the gastronomic experience.
The event is organized by Kaori, recognized as the first Japanese restaurant in Seville, which continues to consolidate its culinary proposal through special events. Following the success of previous initiatives such as “Kaori Shinsaku” or “Kaori Bajo las Estrellas”, this new proposal follows the same line, having successfully filled venues at both Casino Admiral and Hotel Admiral.
