The session will include the approval of minutes from previous meetings held on July 2nd and 20th, 2026.
In the resolution part, matters reported by committees will be addressed. The Special Accounts Commission will present the final approval of the 2025 General Account. Other committees will report on the inadmissibility of demolition license review requests, the termination of urban planning agreements, urban planning studies, the inadmissibility of administrative sanctioning resolution nullity, the administrative eviction of a riding center, and the awarding of a municipal cleaning support service contract.
Budget modification number 3/26 and the modification of the Regulations on Honors and Distinctions will also be discussed. Motions from the Socialist Municipal Group regarding the 2026-2030 State Housing Plan and from the 100x100 Municipal Group concerning Ceuta Day and solidarity with the migratory situation will be debated.
The session will also include urgent matters, motions for urgent reasons, reporting, and requests and questions.
