The company, which already has a fixed presence in countries such as Peru, Chile, and Qatar, in addition to operating across various European nations, seeks to consolidate its upward business trajectory. This strategic plan focuses on global expansion and opening new offices to mitigate the seasonality of industrial work.
In addition to its headquarters in La Línea de la Concepción, the company maintains a strong presence in Spain's main industrial centers, including Huelva, Puertollano, and Tarragona. The decision to expand beyond the Campo de Gibraltar arose from the need to balance activity peaks associated with industrial shutdowns and maintenance tasks.
“"In the industry, there is a base of activity, but it has many peaks due to shutdowns and maintenance work."
Intense international activity is one of the company's distinguishing features. After consolidating in Europe, the company ventured into South America, establishing subsidiaries in Chile and Peru. In Chile, collaboration with local partners was key, while the Peruvian subsidiary was an independent initiative. In Europe, cross-country mobility and collaboration with multinationals in Spain have facilitated significant contracts in industrial plants in Germany and other countries. A notable example was a crucial intervention in Vienna after a refinery explosion, where they mobilized 30 people and achieved significant success.
The company bases its business on four fundamental pillars: non-destructive testing, maintenance, safety and rescue, and training. A company spokesperson emphasizes that their success lies in innovating how these services are approached, rather than inventing new solutions. In a sector with risks such as corrosive products and explosions, the company focuses on covering hard-to-reach areas to obtain necessary certifications and offer maintenance and rescue teams.
In 2025, the group's turnover exceeded 12 million euros, maintaining an annual growth trend of 10% to 15%. The testing and maintenance area is the main source of income. Forecasts for 2026 indicate continued positive evolution, with the goal of doubling international turnover, which currently accounts for a quarter of the total, with projects in Malta and Portugal.
“"This is what has brought us these 26 years to where we are, not setting something up and taking excessive risks; I believe we need to take small steps and have a solid foundation."
Financial prudence has been key to the company's sustained growth for over 25 years. The company prefers to rent equipment for new operations to avoid large initial outlays. Currently, it employs over 150 permanent staff, mostly in Spain, and prioritizes local personnel in each location to foster community wealth. Training is another essential pillar, with its own center in La Línea de la Concepción and another in El Puerto de Santa María, where they collaborate with Indra. In 2025, they trained over 800 people and plan a scholarship program for young people from the province of Cádiz with a commitment to employment.
