This year's edition marks its fortieth anniversary with a special tribute to the town of Adamuz and an acknowledgment of the farmers who play a crucial role in the Montilla-Moriles region. The tasting is the first major event of Córdoba's traditional Mayo Festivo, which, as is customary, begins in April.
