Officers from the Local Police of Puente Genil conducted an operation in Los Pinos Park, resulting in the seizure of 30 grams of cocaine, along with other substances presumed to be intended for diluting the drug. This action was part of the regular surveillance and prevention efforts carried out by the force to ensure public safety in the municipality's public spaces.
During the operation, officers observed a group of individuals whose behavior raised suspicions, showing signs consistent with potential drug consumption in a public area. In response, the individuals were identified, and an external body search was conducted, adhering to established protocols for such interventions.
Concurrently, a more thorough inspection was carried out in the immediate vicinity where these individuals were located. This search led to the discovery of various objects and tools, including two screwdrivers that could be used for criminal acts and a large solid iron rod. It was during this search that officers found a bag containing the 30 grams of cocaine and the cutting agents.
The Headquarters of the Local Police of Puente Genil has confirmed that all items found during the intervention have been seized and transferred to their facilities, where they are being held in custody. Furthermore, preliminary proceedings have been initiated to clarify the facts and determine the potential responsibility of the individuals involved in this incident.
