The move aims to ensure that the celebration does not hinder residents from casting their votes on Sunday.
The festivities will begin at 5:00 AM with a traditional rocket launch. The pilgrimage to the Sierra de San Pablo is expected to draw nearly 10,000 people, significantly exceeding the local population. The procession will feature dozens of traditional carts, carriages, and hundreds of horses traveling to the mountain area.
