This plan will enable the installation of the video minutes system for plenary sessions, a significant improvement from the previous method where the PSOE group recorded and shared the sessions. Additionally, other computer equipment upgrades will be implemented for both users and the general infrastructure of the town halls.
The project includes the provision, renewal, and modernization of various equipment. These include servers with their licenses and backup systems, video minutes systems, and hybrid workstations comprising laptops or desktop PCs, monitors, keyboards, mice, headphones, smart card readers, and licenses for Windows 11 Pro and Office.
Furthermore, document scanners, video conferencing systems with 55-inch screens and professional webcams will be installed, along with the deployment of WIFI network infrastructure in the town halls. The plan also covers the provision of other software licenses or specific ICT equipment, tailored to the particular needs of each municipality.
The Town Hall has positively assessed the launch of this initiative, emphasizing its importance for the digital transformation of the province's small municipalities.
