The event, scheduled for 7:12 PM at the Bodega Skate Center, features a dynamic concept where each speaker will have exactly twelve minutes for their presentation, followed by another twelve minutes for audience Q&A. Admission is free on a first-come, first-served basis.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about performance, health, and personal growth from three distinguished professionals. Jean-Luc Riehm, founder and trainer at Feel Good and director of the International Institute of Qi Gong, will share his insights on integral balance. He will be followed by María Villa, a breathwork coach and yoga instructor, co-founder of Rock House, who will discuss the power of breathing in sports. Rounding out the lineup is María José Jaén, a dance director and teacher, offering a perspective on movement and artistic discipline.
This gathering, conducted entirely in Spanish, is supported by local collectives such as the agroecological production and consumption cooperative La Reverde. The initiative aims to foster a space for direct exchange, connecting professionals from the province with new sports and well-being methodologies.
